Sequence City announced that on the 26th, a "Path of Life Dining Hall Expansion Completion Ceremony" was held at the Nam-bu Elderly Welfare Center to provide senior citizens with a healthy dining lifestyle and a pleasant resting space. Approximately 300 attendees, including the center's users, celebrated the new transformation of the welfare center. The existing 68-seat capacity of the Nam-bu Welfare Center's Path of Life Dining Hall often faced issues due to the cramped space, long waiting times for meals, and safety concerns. To address these issues, the city invested a total of 910 million won in the expansion project, increasing the seating capacity to 120. The dining hall now features modern cooking facilities and a comfortable interior, making it a high-quality dining space. The newly refurbished Nam-bu Elderly Welfare Center's Path of Life Dining Hall commenced its full operation from the 26th and is expected to serve as a nurturing space for local senior citizens, providing them with both nourishment and opportunities for social interaction. A city official expressed that the expansion went beyond just increasing space, stating, "It means that the area for our elderly has expanded to provide warmth and vitality every day." They further committed to constructing high-quality welfare infrastructure to ensure senior citizens can enjoy a dignified old age without inconvenience.
